There is no doubt about it, So we cannot ignore its benefits, I have also used hyaluronic acid and got very good results. Keeping its benefits in mind, I made this cream with balance of it. So let’s start making the remedy.
Step 1:-
So the first magical ingredient we need to make this remedy is rice.
We need 3 tablespoons of rice. In entire skincare, whether it is Korean skincare, Japanese skincare or whatever the items are, rice is used skincare is used in every skincare. That is why whenever we make any remedy for glass skincare or for hydration, the role of rice is very important. Do you know? Rice contains collagen which boosts your skin, organically tightens your skin, makes it fresh looking and provides whitening.
After taking 3 tablespoon rice, take a pan and add 2-3 cups of water and add rice in it.
Step 2:-
The next magical ingredient that will treat your skin, which will treat your pre mature signs of aging is flax seeds.
Flex seeds brings a natural glow to the face, covers dark spots, prevents aging and makes us look younger.
Now along with rice, flex seeds should also be added and let it boil in hot water (2-3tbs) flex seeds. If you don’t have open pan you can do the process in pressure cooker also.
You have cooked it for a long time till it becomes soft. If the water gets dried then you can also add water to it because we have to overcook entire ingredients because we have to make a paste of them. At least cook for 30-40 mins and after 40 mins you will see that the rice will be completely cooked and after it cools down, take a bowl and a cloth and the paste that we have prepared is to be stain from that cloth. You will get creamy texture. Rice is really a very magical thing for the skin. There is a protein in rice which remains on the skin even when you wash the skin, then that protein does not leave the surface of skin and that protein gives a radiant glowing look to the skin. The low this cream is going to provide, no one can get it with any expensive product or serum.
Step 3:-
After getting the cream, put some drops of almond oil.
Almond oil is not only important for the dry skin but is also helpful in treating other skin issues. So the oil should not be skipped at all and if you do not have almond oil then you can use its alternatives and that oils are olive oil or you can also use rose oil.
Step 4:-
Next you have to add aloevera gel. You can add fresh aloevera gel but the lump present in fresh aloevera gel does not provide a luxury creamy texture to our cream. So we will use market base alovera gel which should be organic.
